Welcome to the Mac Power Users. I'm David Sparks. Stephen couldn't make it today, so we've got a little bit of an automator's takeover. Welcome back to the Mac Power users, Rosemary. How are you doing?

I'm doing great, David. Thanks for having me back. And I know Stephen is secretly just really scared that we're going to automate everything in his house.

So that's obviously why he's not here this week.

That's why he booked this week his vacation, right?

Yeah, exactly, exactly.

So for Rosemary Orchards on the show, I think most folks know you, Rose.

But for those who don't, Rose and I ran a show called Automators on the Relay Network for several years.

That show retired late last year. And I knew Stephen was going to be out. I said, this is great. It gives me a chance to bring my old pal Rose in.

And we can talk about automation type topics, shortcuts. And also, Rose, who is a developer, has a new application

on the market. Tell us about your new app, Rose. Yeah, so it's called Capsule, and it is a

medication tracker. And the purpose behind it was to really make medication tracking really

easy and in your face in a good way because the problem

that a lot of people have with the Apple Health app is it's kind of hidden, like finding your

medications and logging them and so on and so forth. And it just gets a little bit messy and there's

not really ways to do a lot of the things that you want to do with it. So about five years ago,

believe it or not, two friends and I sat down and started trying to make an app together. And we

started building capsule. And then a few things happened along the way. Let's call them side quests.

But yeah, we finally got around to releasing it. So it's got tags. So if you

have a pet or you're a carer or you have children, then you can use tags to organize things between,

you know, different animals and people. Or you can use tags to organize things between, you know,

different things that you might be managing with medication. It has schedules or interval-based medicines. So you can say,

hey, I want to take this at 9.30 every day. Or I want to take this every six hours. Or just,
