Get those kids in school. Keep them there. For a very long time. No more summers, 3-day weekends, mid-winter breaks. None of it. All school, all the time. Ha! 0:59.1	Wednesday before it's going live and today was our first day of school. A day we've all been
1:05.4	waiting for. I know some of you have already been back in school for quite a while now and some of you,
1:09.5	oh my goodness, some of you are still waiting for that day, that fateful day that's, I think,
1:13.2	coming for some of you in another day or two.
1:15.7	But I wanted to talk a little bit about back to school.
1:19.6	And this is really whether or not you're in a back to school season or you're just going
1:23.4	through a season where you have had to center a lot of other people in your life,
1:29.5	or primarily your children, and now you have a little window to step back from that. So
1:35.7	sometimes this can happen when your kids get to a greater level of independence. Sometimes
1:42.2	it can happen with a transition in work. Sometimes it can happen with a transition in work.
1:44.9	Sometimes it can happen in a transition just in terms of like how you need to show up in your
1:48.9	life or how much you need to show up in your life for other people or other people's needs.
