| 1:53.0 | Right, right. In psychological terms, the shadow is the hidden, the repressed parts of ourselves that we prefer not to identify with. |

| 2:10.0 | We don't, you know, generally like to see ego-diflating aspects of ourselves. So we hide them away. |
