From the moment the appetizer arrived to the last sip of our mocktails, every reaction, laugh, and side conversation was captured live. We each ordered something different, from handmade pasta entrées crafted with heirloom family recipes to creative zero-proof drinks that gave the night a refreshing twist. Along the way, we share our honest takes on presentation, portion size, service, and overall atmosphere. You’ll hear the clink of silverware, the banter over the check, and the little details that make dining at VIVO a uniquely immersive experience. But of course, because it’s us, the night also went a little sideways — leading to a surprisingly deep (and funny) conversation about VIVO’s bathrooms, which turned out to be some of the most unusual we’ve ever seen at a theme park restaurant.
