We don't need Chad and Ben for this because we have a guy that's that's retained a lot of top

It wasn't really in the hall. We were actually in an office and we've been working on a bunch of things in our business for the last couple of days, but you were talking about this idea that right now there's a lot of people who are looking around and realizing there's opportunities out there to go find new talent.

But one of the things that you've been really kind of keen on over these last, let's

say six months, right, while we've been in this kind of COVID new season, what did you say about people?

It's the turning the chapter there's something

happening right now right where people are kind of assessing their lives yeah it's

it's a chapter break right so so to back up you know Bob we're talking about we're talking about coaching and training a little bit right and you know I do a decent amount of coaching and training I talked to a lot of business owners and in real estate and in other in other spaces and when all of this stuff hit right when the world turned which for me was like March 16th that was the day
