I still can't wrap my head around it because I just can't

imagine that if there was an entire state, let's just say the entire state of

Florida, the entire state of Montana, or the entire state of Alaska. of huge rush to kind of solve the problem.

What people need to understand just to try to put this in context,

and I've been tweeting like crazy.

I've been talking to a lot of people,

but let's try to look at it from a contextual point.

Puerto Rico has a larger population than 21 or 22 U.S. states.

So what I tell people is what if Vermont, right?

What if New Hampshire had no power and no communication?
