Hey there. Welcome to drinking from the toilet, the podcast for real training nerds.

If you're looking to combine the science of behavior with positive reinforcement philosophy

in real life, you come to the right place.

I'm Hannah Branigan, teacher, trainer, maverick, podcaster, and now author?

0:32.1

So I avoided writing a book for years.

0:35.2

Among other reasons, my training has changed so much over the last

1:41.1

thinking of this as my first book. And like the first pancake, is maybe not

1:45.6

perfect. And that's okay. The hardest part, of course, in the whole process was deciding what to

1:50.2

leave in and what to leave out. I wanted to put in all of the things. I wanted to put in everything

1:55.4

that I know about how to train good and learn to do other stuff good too. But my editor and publisher tried to
