0:06.0	old. On Monday, he was at the parade in Highland Park, Illinois with his mom, Keeley and
0:11.3	his twin brother, Luke. His mom was shot in her leg and foot, Luke was hit by shrapnel
0:16.6	both, or thankfully out of the hospital. Cooper was shot in the chest. He is already
0:21.7	undergone, or he's already gone through several rounds of surgery. And tonight his family
