| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome back to the bouncing back podcast with me James Middleton for episode number eight. |
| 0:14.3 | Now I've had a great week. I have had a great week because off the back of my last episode, |
| 0:20.2 | which was about sex, relationships and single |
| 0:22.6 | life, I have never received more messages and emails in my entire life than I have been doing |
| 0:30.4 | in the past week. And it's been amazing because I've had so many people reach out and talk about |
| 0:37.0 | their relationships or their single life or their sex life and tell me and share some of the stories and their opinions on things. |
| 0:45.7 | And it's been amazing because I've been able to connect with people outside of what is usually the realm of fitness and discuss and open up my mind even more about, you know, |
| 0:56.4 | how other people are experiencing all these kinds of things. And it's been amazing. I feel like |
| 1:00.7 | I've connected with so many different people on a different level. And like I said, |
| 1:05.7 | although it's not in a usual remit of fitness, it's been really refreshing to talk about something else. And it's the exact |
| 1:13.2 | reason why I set out to do this podcast and write all these episodes out and discuss the |
| 1:20.2 | things that I'm doing because I want to engage in more conversations around everything that |
| 1:26.3 | I'm talking about, everything outside of |
| 1:28.8 | fitness, because I believe that everything that I speak about is very relevant to each and |
| 1:35.4 | every one of us. And so when you guys share my podcast with friends on your social media's and |
| 1:43.6 | stuff, it's amazing because it means so many more |
| 1:45.4 | people get to listen to them and then reach out to me and then I can have conversations with |
| 1:49.5 | these people. And it just opens up not only my horizons, but hopefully yours. It's, you know, |
| 1:55.5 | one of the purposes of why I've done this and why I talk about it so much on a daily basis, |
| 2:00.6 | because I want to spark |
| 2:02.6 | you guys to have the conversations with your friends and your partners and your families because at least |
| 2:08.0 | from my perspective these are the things we should be talking about the exciting things the things |
