Let's get started with today's warm-up.

All right, Matt, Matt, for our warm-up question today, I want to know what was the most frustrating occasion where you lost time

on the race course. The more your race, the more little quirky things happen when you're out there.

had because that's just one of the things that just happens. There's so many pieces on a bike.

And for me, that is the case. That is immediately the first thing that came to mind.

2014 Tim Moran 70.3 up in Vermont. I had a flat on my rear wheel. I had a deep dish. I think it was a zip 808. And when I went to change it and I realized I never swapped out the repair kit from just a regular repair kit, you know, clincher with a short, what do you call it, a valve? And I never swapped it out for the longer stem tube.

And so I couldn't change it. I didn't have anything, you know, it wouldn't stick far enough

through so that I could actually pump up the tire. So I ended up having a DNF. It was a silly mistake.

And not only did I lose time, but I lost the entire race in that case.
