Hey Craig's question is, how do you transition into getting paid for the designs that are necessary

to even start determining an estimate?

He mentions Tyler touched on this subject at the Fine Home Building Podcast at IBS, but he's struggling to actually

carry this out with customers.

Well I think Craig, why don't you dial in this question a little bit better since we have you live on the line?

What else? Yeah, I guess it's I do a lot of custom one-off stuff and when you're in that world you kind of have to do a few

designs to see what works before you can even get to the point of estimating how much it would cost.

Are you talking with ball-part?

You talking remodels?

Are you talking cabinetry?

I do remodels, but they involve cabinetry, like built-ins.
