I want to start today's episode with reading a really sweet review that I got from Devin Carlson.

They wrote, I wish this podcast was around when I was in that dark time in my life.

I really enjoy it. I even sent it to my sister who's just starting high school.

Thank you so much, Devin. That means the world. And that is exactly why I do this podcast.

Because I want to be there and help you guys during those dark times because I know how hard it can be

when you were so in your head about things and feel like you don't have anyone that you can

really open up to and talk about it with.

And I actually had a coach in high school who every day would give a motivational thought that he would share with everyone.
