conversation. And what I want to do in this podcast is flip the script and focus instead on the

your health. So let's go ahead and jump into the topics. The first one that I'm going to discuss

is something that I heard of recently called fiber maxing. And this just simply means eating more

fiber. And I like that it's being branded in a way that sounds more exciting for people.
