I'm Levy Dalton and this is all drink to that where we get behind the scenes of the wine business. Oh, Why don't you tell us a little bit about what you're doing with the program at Cork Buzz and how you got started with that, which is a recent addition to the kind of Union Square area and the wine scene in New York.

All right, so Cork Buzz Wine Studio is part wine bar.

We have a full kitchen with amazing food meant to go with wine.

We also host wine classes, wine focused dinner parties and events.

That's interesting because you know one of the things that people starting up wine bars are often

like well I don't want to get too much into education, I don't want to feel

But it's something you really embrace and I think in a way that's pretty approachable for people.

I've seen you lead classes yourself and there's been great attendance and people seem pretty

psyched so from the beginning it felt like there was a vision like we were

going to have a wine bar we're going to have a restaurant but we were also

going to do more outreach in terms of seminars and classes.

Originally I was working at be our guest and I was constantly being asked, where can I go and take wine classes?

But a lot of times those required you to sign up for 18 weeks in advance and commit every Monday night from, you know,
