Masha Kay. I'm a nervous system and breath work coach and that doesn't really mean a lot to somebody who doesn't know what the nervous system is, but basically I help people learn to regulate their nervous system, learn to optimize their well-being, and reconnect with who they are in

order to be able to make sustainable changes in their lives because the reality is the reason

we're not making progress or changing in our relationship, in our careers is because of the nervous system.
