0:41.4	How did you build the companies you've got and how did you build the wealth you've required?
0:45.1	You know quick version is I did I got into business reluctantly actually I was unemployed my dad got sober came home from an AA meeting and got me a job at an orphanage
0:54.6	I started working at an orphanage and what happened for me was I was an athlete before that I
1:00.7	Fell in love with like making a difference for these kids these little boys were all their mom and dad's were all dead or incarcerated
1:06.0	And I fell in love with it while I was there
1:07.7	I got recruited into a financial company and I went into business to be honest with you to serve to like make a difference
1:14.0	For like a cause rather than profit it really was not my outcome to go be worth four five hundred million bucks someday
1:19.8	It was to make a difference in that business and I my first business. I built was a financial services business
1:25.3	So I know we're gonna talk about that today, but life insurance investments recruiting and developing leadership
1:30.2	Things like that and then it sprawled off into startups angel investing multi-family
