According to a recent report released by Zipper Cruder, one of the leading job sites in

the United States, 93% of employers really want you to list out your soft skills on your

resume.

They want to see it come to life.

So soft skills are more interpersonal people-focused skills.

That would be the definition versus your hard skills, which would be in some form or fashion

technically related or more hard skill or excuse me, technical skill-related versus

interpersonal people skills.

And so Zipper Cruder compiled a list of the eight soft skills that are most commonly

listed as required by job posting.
