Sir and Vinnie Alice's morning show. Hey Monday. How you doing? It's great. It's sunny

Alex. It's going to be another nice day. So we're all excited about that. This part of

of doom or dial up your operator or something. I can't remember the name of it, but it was

I can't remember. Anyway, all the stuff we talk about on the show goes right up on the

Sarah and Vinnie page. Also that silly Jack Black Bowser video of him. It's actually

kind of funny. Is it? Yeah, he just says he's so in love with peaches. He's just the whole

chorus is like peaches, peaches, peaches, peaches, peaches, peaches, peaches. That's like stupid,

the Facebook page in case you want it. I was thinking you should grab that the Huffington

Post article that Vinnie was. I had a couple of people actually text me like, where is

that from? Where's that from? What, what should I not eat to stave off dementia? So it's

a Huffington Post article. We'll put that up. Yeah. That's scary stuff. You don't even

think that like, right? Who knew that about decaf? That's crazy. Not that I would go

near decaf, but I'm just saying I didn't know. I do know. I know someone drinks decaf

on the regular. And that's concerning. I love decaf at night because, you know, I want

to stay awake, but I'll have it with like ice cream ice cream and coffee without the

awakeness. Leave off the awakeness, please. I don't want the awakeness to haunt me tonight.
