So I was in Kyoto last week because my folks are in town and they wanted to visit Kyoto.

So the omiyagi I brought to 8-4 towers, which are somewhere else and not on the table,

are some pudding uh, pudding

slash honey flavored Yatsahashi, uh, which for those of you that don't know is a try,

for the longest time I thought it was mochi. It's not mochi, uh, but it's the, it's a triangle

confectionary. What is it? What is the flower, right? Like, nobody cares.

But inside, there is like various fillings like Anco, which is sort of the sweet red bean paste.

Is it fair to have pudding be an analog to honey?
