So you're a federal judge and you're sitting there and you're saying to yourself,

what date can I set that would not interfere with the election,

that would allow the defendant to actually defend himself and you pick March 4th?

Six months from now, in a case that involves 12 million documents,

scores of witnesses where he can't possibly have effective representation

and I'm sure there'll be an appeal based on that.

The great one, Mark Lovin this morning on the Fox News Channel talking about the election tampering,

the election interference, the obstruction by a Democrat judge in Washington, D.C.,

setting a trial date that is clearly designed to mess with the 2024 election and President Trump.

She should be impeached and disbarred.

She is a political activist, a Democrat party aporetic,

not on the side of justice or the Constitution or the law,

but on the side of the Democrat party.
