yeah here's what a parent shouldn't say you're not fat yet but you're getting there oh yeah

don't say that you need to start watching what you eat i was eight years old i hated myself ever

since this is somebody just chiming on what parents toxic parents say what did your say. What did your parents say when you started getting big? Well, I've, you know, the thing I heard the most was you're big, you're just big boned. Oh, so they just brushed it off. They just excused. Well, they want to make you feel good about yourself, right? Yeah. Yeah. But, okay. Yeah. But there's fat around the bones.

We all know that.

Was your dad a big boy?

No. He was a kid? Okay. No. No. Is you any relatives that were bigger people at that age? Not that I'm aware of. Okay. I mean, I just think it was. There's food, right? Fitness wasn't a thing when when I was growing up especially in small towns and

neither was uh eat right right you know yeah it was you just ate what was around and the food was

generally oh yeah not that great yeah a lot of things had gravy and you also didn't have a natural

metabolism because they're skinny kids eat like crap all the time. Yeah.

So you didn't have that skinny kid metabolism back of those days. No. Okay. But you were never told this. Nobody said you're getting fat? There's not any incidents that stick out in my head. I mean, if it was said, it was probably behind my back. Yeah. You know? Yeah. I'm sure there might have been an uncle or somebody who probably said that about me, but does not to my face.

Channeled my inner Nick here, and you knew when they were taking into the Husky section that maybe.

Well, yeah.

Well, you were probably well aware at that point.

Yeah, but Husky involved even like just bigger kids. Your parents don't need to tell you that you're, because your schoolmaids will. Right. They will tell you when you're getting fat. Yeah, see, that was the thing. I didn't need anybody but my friends at school to remind me that I was the fat kid. Yeah. Were you a fat kid? No. Okay. Skinny? No. Are you skinny kid. Yeah. Yeah. Were you a fat kid? No.
