for players from 10 years of age all the way through the pros. He has worked with the likes of

Patrick Mahomes, Joe Burrow, Josh Allen, Trevor Lawrence, and an assortment of other NFL

quarterbacks. He played seven years in the league himself, and his latest venture is Thread Performance.

It's a nutrition company for youth athletes.

We got some fun games this weekend, too, in college.

So I'm fired out.

I just had another baby.

I had a fourth baby a couple weeks ago, perfect time of the year for me to have one.

So I'm kind of settled into the new normal of all the needy people in my house and little tiny people waist higher below and then

fired up for the season.

Did you plan that for that baby to drop at this time of year?

I didn't even plan for that baby to be here.
