| 1:31.4 | And we are now getting an escalation where guard units are openly carrying firearms. |
| 1:38.2 | We're talking rifles, handguns, holstered sidearms on city streets, we have an armed national guard patrolling city streets. |
| 1:50.9 | Now, when the Pentagon is asked about what's going on, they say, oh, no need to worry. |
| 1:56.8 | These troops are operating under strict rules for use of force. |
| 2:00.8 | They're only going to fire in response to imminent threats of death or serious bodily harm. These troops are operating under strict rules for use of force. |
