news, and entertainment. In fact, he is a 28-time Emmy Award winner, a primetime host for a record

11 Olympic Games on NBC, host and play-by-play voice for numerous World Series, NBA Finals and

Super Bowls, the 2018 Ford C. Frick Award

winner given annually by the Baseball Hall of Fame to a broadcaster who has made a major

contribution to the game.

Currently, he serves as a play-by-play announcer for MLB Network and turn in sports, of course.

I'm talking about Bob Costas.

Bob, my man, it is always so great to get caught up.

How are you living these days? How is everything with you, Bob? I'm good. And hearing you

recite all that stuff reminds me that at one time, I must have been pretty good. You were really good,

Bob. You actually were really good at your job. I don't know if you know. You were really good at your job. You're still really, really good at your job. Listen, let me start here and great to have you.

Since you're always going to be linked to the Olympics, I thought it was great like for you to finally be able to go to the

Olympic events and take everything in as a spectator during your visit to France?

It was great. Al and his wife Linda, Chris Collinsworth and his wife Holly, me and my wife, Jill.

We just hung around, you know, like buds. We went to whatever we wanted to go to.

We saw a little beach volleyball and some tennis and two different gymnastics finals, the all

around and the individual all around. And it's Paris. So every night we had a fantastic dinner.

And we just took in what we wanted to take in

and connected, reconnected with a lot of old colleagues. And I think it was very nice for NBC to

extend that invitation. It was. Bob Cost is joining us. It was. But speaking of the invitation,

Bob, I do need to ask, did you need assurances that you would be seated alongside actual Al and not A.I.
