Now we've, we kind of linked up because I made a Instagram reel complaining about the corporate owned housing that's going up in my neighborhood.

Is that how you found my real? I found that real. I've been following you for a bit of time but that one really hooked me and there were a lot of

correlations there are a lot of correlations between what's happening in the rental market the

owner market the housing market and what's happened to health care over the last 20 years.

So I really hooked into that and that's, even though I've been surfing you for quite a while,

when you're in more pop culture mode, I really hooked into that and thought I just send you a ping.

Yeah, I appreciate it. Now just to give you the full disclosure, I'm 39. I just bought my first home, moved

from California to Tennessee. Everyone says, oh, you're raising the prices and housing.

And I say, tough cookies.

I haven't been able to buy a home for 20 years.

I've been chasing the wave like everyone else.
