Good afternoon fellow investors and welcome back to Invest Talk.

I'm Justin Clon and I'm excited for this hour as usual with you and to help you become

businesses, that's not what makes good assets.

Sound economics, sound business models, that's what makes good investments.

So our job here is to prepare you for the reality.

The reality is likely different than what you hope it's going to be.

And therefore you have to adjust your expectations accordingly because we all wish Utopia, a world

how we imagine it to be so.

What the reality is, always different, I've learned that throughout my years is that what

you expect to happen, both in your personal life and the broader world is often different

than very different than you ever imagined.

I mean, how many people four years ago thought we were heading straight into a global pandemic

that would create so many social and economic problems, right?
