I would have loved if we could have been at the tipsy seagull, but we're right next door. We're looking out over the waterway and batting down the hatches, sailors, because it's not a beautiful morning. I have to say the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in. Really? So I'm very content. All right. I'm nice and posing. Get me a little blanket. I love it. That's a interesting observance.

Gorgeous inside. It's very nice. I love a retan light fixture. That's what I said to Greg when I walk in. Same. Gorgeous. Yeah, Curtis said the exact same thing. And Courtney said she was going to nap in the seat during Wiggies lead,

but I thought we were.

We are here all morning, and we had a great night last night, those of us who made it out for family dinner,

and we were right over across the street at Morgan's Cantina, Curtis and I, and Mike and Nicole,

who owned this place and host us down here every year. And it was great dinner last night. Awesome dinner. Great conversation, cool spot. I love meeting people that have just built everything. Like, it's so foreign to me. I famously didn't build my own crib. And Mike is telling me, he's like, this used to be a shed, and I had a vision for it. And then you see it now. It's like this gorgeous Mexican restaurant with like ground to ceiling, windows. And then at like three quarters of the way through the dinner, he's like, hey, how about some fresh air? He walks next to me, he like pulls the thing like a garage door up to the chandelier. and he's like, oh, I miss, I think we need to lower the chandelier by two inches, and then, like, magically, it's all fixed, and he sits down, he's like, oh, nice. I couldn't have done any of that. And also, like, like, legit Mexican food, like not foo-fouy, you know, Michelin Star, like, you could legit get Curtis

ad enchiladas.
