Seems like gas prices are on the naughty list this year. I'm John Sossier Fox News. It is the

Friday before Christmas and all across the scene. Drivers in this country paying more

for gasoline. Let's go to Chicago and fill up this lay with

Fox's Kelly Sabary. If you are planning to hit the road, try to do it before 10 a.m.

tomorrow as things are only going to get worse and that's the advice that

AAA is giving for the 103.6 million Americans

who will be traveling 50 miles or more for their holiday plans over the next week or so for

Christmas and New Year's.

Now another 7 million people will travel by air and then 4 million will use a train or a bus

or a cruise and AAA tells us that despite how the economy may be fairing right now, more people are investing

in the memories with their family and friends during this holiday season.

We're seeing 2.5 million more people traveling this holiday season than they did last year.

Some news now to the Supreme Court, they think the courts need to take their time in deciding whether or not

Donald Trump can be prosecuted in federal cases or if he has presidential

immunity here's Fox's Chad Purgram. The Supreme Court has said they're not going to

hear this on an emergency basis meaning it's not going to be something that's

going to be fast-track this will go through the court system the

regular way. It'll go to a federal appeals court first. There will be oral arguments

there. They will have to determine what the what the judgment of that court is one

way or the other and then there would be probably

an appeal by both sides, either side depending on the verdict there to the Supreme Court.

So this might still take a while to go through the federal court and if and when it ever goes to the Supreme Court.
