Before hostages

4 hostages freed and a pause in fighting extended,

I'm Lee Silesera, Fox News, 11 more people, including toddlers, have been freed by Hamas

and are now in Israel undergoing medical checks. Hamas has been

releasing hostages for the past four days. As part of the deal, 50 Israeli

women and children are now back on Israeli soil, but roughly 170 people remain unaccounted for.

Screaming crowds and sobs of relief welcomed the hostages home.

Children running to their parents, husbands kissing their wives. Families are

reunited, but none of them are whole. The only American release so far is

four-year-old Avigail E- Dunn whose parents were murdered on October 7th.

Neighbors found the child covered in their blood before they were all taken hostage.

The ceasefire had been said to expire early tomorrow, but Qatar, which has been acting as a mediator,

says it has been extended by two more days.

A Red Cross bus carrying Palestinian prisoners released by Israel has arrived in the

West Bank town of Rumela. A not guilty plea

from the suspect in the weekend shooting of three college students of

Palestinian descent in Vermont. 48-year-old Jason Eaton is charged with three counts of attempted

murder and could face additional charges. These are three life felonies and

although we do not yet have evidence to support a hate crime enhancement. I do want to be clear

that there is no question this was a hateful act.
