There's Fox's Jared Halpern with more. The release of 13 Israelis

is the result of extensive American diplomacy and only the start of a process

President Biden says. We expect more hostages to be released tomorrow and more the day after that.

But three Americans held by Hamas, including a four-year-old girl, were not returned today.

The President says the pause in military operations

will also allow desperately needed humanitarian relief to surge into Gaza.
