situation right now in upstate New York after a car crashed this afternoon on

the rainbow bridge connecting the US with

Canada at Niagara Falls. New York Governor Kathy Hockel. It crashed into a

costumes and border patrol booth and the car and the booth immediately exploded.

There were concerns earlier this afternoon that the incident was an act of terrorism,

but officials say that is not the case.
