A proposal for peace. I'm Lisa Lacerra. Fox News. White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt says U.S. diplomats have put forth a peace plan to end the war in Ukraine.

The president supports this plan. It's a good plan for both Russia and Ukraine. And we believe that it should be acceptable to both sides. And we're working

very hard to get it done. Levitt did not all for details of the plan, but push back on reports

that deal would require concessions from Ukraine. This says the regional governor of a city in Western

Ukraine is reporting a Russian attack has killed five people and injured three. Border Patrol,

reportedly monitoring the travel patterns of U.S.

drivers. An associated press investigation finds the U.S. Border Patrol has set up a secretive

surveillance network of cameras, license plate readers, and algorithm flags to focus on American

drivers. AP reports the agency is monitoring millions of American drivers

to identify and detain those whose travel patterns it deems suspicious.

Suddenly, drivers find themselves pulled over reportedly for speeding or some small infraction,

only to be searched and in some cases arrested.

Fox is Carmen Rompers. Border Patrol typically operates within 100 miles of the border,

but is legally allowed to operate anywhere in the U.S.

A federal judge has ordered President Trump to end a National Guard deployment in D.C.,

but the order has been put on hold for 21 days to allow for an appeal.

The state of Florida is put to death Richard Barry Randolph for the rape and murder of his manager at a convenience store in 1988.

It's the state's 17th execution this year.

Grammy-winning rapper Pras Michelle of the Fuji sentenced to 14 years in prison after he was convicted of funneling millions

of dollars to Barack Obama's 2012 re-election campaign. He was convicted in 23 of 10 counts,
