Gaza looms, Israeli officials are preparing citizens and troops for the next stage of the

Israel's top general says his forces are ready to enter the Gaza Strip and he's ordered

them to be prepared for ground combat soon.

Gaza is complicated. Gaza is densely populated. The enemy is preparing a lot of things there,

but we are also preparing for them. All IDF capabilities are for you during the maneuver. Be brave

with that thought. The first 20 trucks carrying humanitarian aid entered Gaza through Egypt.

President Biden recently pledged $100 million to Gaza and the West Bank. We spoke here in

Tel Aviv earlier this week, Israel's defense forces say Hamas has launched 550 rockets that

misfired and actually landed and exploded inside Gaza, not Israel, including that recent misfire

that hit a parking lot near a hospital. To the northern front, new airstrikes near the

Israeli Lebanon border as civilians evacuate the area. Fox's Greg Palcott is there. Israel

responding with artillery, tanks and a missile defenses and armed drones. An IDF spokesman

telling us just in the past two weeks, there have been over 40 fighters of Hezbollah and other

militant groups killed. Along with civilian casualties, six Israeli soldiers have also died.

The latest soldier killed Israeli American Omar Balva. He was raised in Rockville, Maryland. He was

reserved. His came over here to fight, was called up and shot dead by a militant.

The White House says President Biden was brief this afternoon by his national security

team via phone on the latest developments in Israel and Gaza.
