I'm Lisa LaSera, Fox News, officials in Hawaii have released the names of those who

they haven't been able to track down following the deadly wildfires on Maui.

There are 388 names on the validated list released by Maui County on Thursday that

represent people who remain unaccounted for after the wildfire in Lahaina on August 8.

County officials say that list was compiled by the FBI and is being released in an effort

to help identify anyone who can be accounted for.

The death toll from the wildfire remains at 115, but on Thursday, eight more people

who died were identified, including a family of four whose remains were found in a burned

out car near their home.

Meanwhile, Maui County is suing Hawaii electric for not shutting off power despite high

winds and dry conditions, although the cause of the wildfire has not yet been determined.
