Peace in peril. I'm Angela Bavarro, Fox News. Russia accusing Ukraine of launching drone attacks that sparked a fire at a nuclear power plant. The UN's nuclear watchdog says radiation levels near the plant are normal, but it is concerned.

The United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency said every nuclear facility must be protected at all times and have called on both sides to show maximum restraint around nuclear facilities in this war.

Also, new details. Russian forces have been advancing in the east, and they claim to control about 20% of Ukrainian territory, seizing two more villages this weekend.

But today, many world leaders came together to celebrate Ukraine.

As the country marked its independence from the Soviet Union in 1991, Canada's prime

minister, Mark Carney, took part with plans to send more military aid over to Ukraine, he says.

U.S. envoy, Keith Kellogg, was also in attendance.

Zelensky actually awarded him

the order of merit first degree for his significant contributions to supporting Ukraine and strengthening

bilateral relations. Fox is Stephanie Bennett. President Donald Trump is considering a crime

crackdown in other cities as National Guard troops continued to patrol Washington.

The White House says there were 93 arrests in D.C., including 46 illegal aliens.

In Maryland next door, Governor Westmore has invited President Trump to visit Baltimore.

Moore rejected the idea the guard is needed in his city with the second highest murder rate.

President Trump has declined the invitation on true social.

Missouri Senator Eric Schmidt says he welcomes federal support and more officers in the city of St. Louis,

which of course has the highest murder rate in the country.

And Governor Moore says the operations would be unsustainable from a

financial standpoint claiming a cost of $1 million per day. Chicago may see troops to the mayor.
