The 28-year-old Indian National made a Zoom call into court.

He's facing three counts of vehicular homicide, three counts of manslaughter,

and he now has no bond. Singh did not yet plead guilty or not guilty. The judge acknowledged Singh

is an illegal alien, saying no conditions of release would ensure his appearance at trial. All

this comes after Singh allegedly killed three

people on a Florida highway earlier this month. Video shows Singh making an illegal U-turn in an 18-wheeler

while a minivan crashes into the truck. Singh's brother has also been arrested and faces deportation.

The Trump administration is now suspending visas for foreign

truck drivers in response to this incident. ICE officials telling lawyers for illegal migrant,

Kilmer Obrego-Garcia, that he may be deported to Uganda after being released from jail on Friday.

He walked out of a Tennessee jail after he declined another offer from the federal government. His attorneys claim they wanted him to stay in jail until Monday and plead guilty to human smuggling charges. In exchange, he'd get deported to Costa Rica after his sentence. The court filing says the government gave him until Monday to accept the Costa Rica offer,

or else it's off the table and Uganda is the alternative.

He shared a message in Spanish, thanking God in the groups that helped him,

but acknowledged he has a long legal battle ahead.

He was jailed on smuggling charges based on a suspicious traffic stop in 2022.

Fox's Rebecca Castor, a ruling by a federal judge only prevents Garcia from being deported to El Salvador,

and he must be given 72 hours notice before deportation.
