for the Supreme Court.

Democratic Senator Dick Durbin,

says the bill is necessary

after several justices have been criticized

for their personal business dealings.

Failing to disclose this to the public

has left a bitter taste in the mouth

of most Americans about the Supreme Court.

But Republicans like Senator Marsha Blackburn

believe the Supreme Court should be the one

to adopt a code of ethics

instead of being implemented by Congress.
