Former National Security Advisor Mike Walst took the blame for mistakenly inviting a journalist on a group signal chat about

airstrikes in Yemen. Now is the nominee for UN ambassador, Waltz is facing questions about his

handling of sensitive information. Again, Senator, I think where we have a fundamental disagreement

is there was no classified information on that chat. Waltz says the White House concluded an investigation into the use of signal by administration

officials and a Pentagon review is still open.

Walt stepped down his national security advisor in May when President Trump announced he would

be nominated for the UN post.
