A deadly shooting. I'm Debra Valentine, Fox News. Two victims and a suspect are dead after a shooting at a church in Lexington, Kentucky. Fox's Jill Nato has details.

A suspect got into a confrontation with a state police trooper at Lexington's Bluegrass Airport. The trooper got shot and hurt. The shooter carjacked a vehicle and wound up at Richmond Road Baptist Church, where he shot and killed two women. City Police Chief Lawrence Weathers got emotional while speaking to reporters. Sometimes things happen. We just don't have a reason why, but we're going to be here for the people of Lexington.

The suspect was also killed, but police aren't giving full details about what happened yet.

Till NATO, Fox News. Search crews are back on the job along the Guadalupe River in Texas.

In Kirk County, they had to stand down temporarily due to more flooding.

Fox's Brooke Taylor reports water surged at another spot.

Over in Limpassas County, which is about a two-hour drive from where we are.

Governor Greg Abbott tweeted that they are doing water rescues over there.

So that area dealing with this devastation now as well. The National Weather Service putting out

that the water there, the Lompassas River, surged 33 feet in just a matter of hours.

Meanwhile, here in Kerrville, where we are, which was hit the hardest during last week's deadly flash flooding, the rain has finally stopped.

Around 8 a.m., there was life-threatening flash flooding that was issued.

It has since expired.

That rain, though, it fell nonstop for hours.

July 4th, flooding left at least 129 people dead.

Nigeria's former president, Muhammad Buhari, has died at the age of 82, according to his press secretary.
