The president meeting earlier in the day with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky,

who had expressed upset over there being no clear path to NATO membership for his country,

President Biden reassuring it will happen when war with Russia ends, a tone that seemed

to strike with Zelensky speaking through a translator at the summit.

President Biden now heads to the newest NATO member country Finland before wrapping up

his European trip.

Fox has learned Gary Shapley, one of the IRS whistleblowers alleging the DOJ and the

US Attorney's Office interfered in their Hunter Biden investigation, will testify before

the House Oversight Committee next week.

Shapley and another unidentified whistleblower will address the panel July 19th.

FBI director Christopher Rae denies claims by Republicans in a House Judiciary Committee

hearing that he has weaponized the bureau against conservatives.

Rae is a Republican himself and was appointed by former President Trump to the FBI Director

role in 2017.

As appearance before the Judiciary Committee comes after a threat from House Oversight

Committee Chair James Comer to start contempt proceedings against Rae last month, the FBI

said those proceedings were unwarranted.

Vice President Kamala Harris making history today with her 31st tie-breaking vote in the

Senate, tying the record for most by a sitting Vice President by John C. Calhoun back in
