Big wins for the president at the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court moving to block lower courts from issuing universal injunctions,

something that had impacted the president's executive order ending birthright citizenship.

Fox is Shannon Bream reporting from the Supreme Court.

What the court said is that what these lower courts are doing often, a single federal judge doing this,

it's going to be disfavored at this point.

Not that there's no way that it can happen, but that cannot be the general rule.

They said, listen, if you think the executive has overreached its power, you don't solve that by the judiciary, then overreaching its power.

And in the majority opinion by Justice Barrett, she talked about the fact that, listen, we have not for decades, for centuries in this country, this was not the practice.

This doesn't have historical precedent behind it.

So there's still some ways that people can pursue a nationwide resolution to this.

In fact, the ACLU filed a brand new lawsuit in federal court in New Hampshire.

They want to certify it as a class action.

The president's initial executive order can go into effect in 30 days in the 28 states that have not challenged that order.

President Trump says he does not believe Iran will restart its nuclear program. Fox's

Jared Halpern has more from the White House. President Trump pulled reporters. He's not worried about

secret nuclear sites in Iran that weren't targeted by U.S. air strikes last week. They're exhausted.

The last thing they're thinking about right now is nuclear. Still, the president says he would, without question, order additional strikes on Iran if

intelligence assessed uranium was being enriched to concerning levels.

Talks between the U.S. and Iran over its nuclear program are expected next week, though
