That's before it moves to deport him to a country that is not his native country of El Salvador.

Justice Department attorney Jonathan Guyon said that removal proceedings would be to a third country,

but the prosecutor also says there are no imminent plans to deport Abrago Garcia, and the U.S.

government would comply with all court orders.

President Trump announcing a trade deal was signed Wednesday between the U.S. and China,

and more deals are on the way.
