After refusing to drop his firearm while being confronted by officers in the backyard of a home.

Officials had launched an overnight search for the 57 year old, they say fatally shot five people and critically injured a 13 year old girl Monday night, not sharing a motive, the injured team taken to a hospital.

Officers say they found two women dead while investigating reports of gunfire

at an apartment complex, saying one of the victims

was in her early 40s and the other in her late 50s. Later, finding the bodies of two other women in their mid-20s and a man in his early

20s.

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has arrived at a federal courthouse in Saipan ahead of his

expected guilty plea in a deal with the US Justice Department that will set him

free to return to his native Australia.
