A high court ruling on migration. I'm Rich Denison Fox News. The Supreme Court today

citing with the Biden administration on a border enforcement policy.

An eight to one ruling by the Supreme Court concludes Texas and Louisiana have no standing

to sue the Biden administration for prioritizing which immigrants in the country illegally

are deported. The case stem from Homeland Security guidance restricting border officials

to target deportations for recent border crossers, public safety threats and national

security threats. Over other immigrants living in the country illegally. A lower court

blocked the DHS policy and the Supreme Court initially prevented the enforcement guidance

to take effect while the case moved through appeals.

Fox is Jared Halpern. The deadly implosion of the tight and submersible
