the country could have faced without an agreement to suspend the debt limit.

of the United States.

White House press secretary Karinjian Pierre says the president will also highlight the

importance of bipartisanship after striking a deal to curb spending with House Speaker

Kevin McCarthy.

The legislation could be signed in the law by President Biden as soon as tomorrow.

Fox's Jared Halpern, despite a bipartisan deal to avoid default, Fitch ratings today.

Warned that it could still downgrade the credit rating of the United States, Fitch saying

repeated political standoffs over the federal government's borrowing limit, lowers confidence

and governance on fiscal and debt matters.

At the end of the day, this legislation still adds $1.3 trillion to our national debt.
