Here's Fox's Grinnell Scott. Republican Senator Rand Paul says he can support most of what's in the House budget bill, but he can't back

raising the debt ceiling. If you increase the debt ceiling, $4 to $5 trillion, that means they're

planning on $2 trillion this year and more than $2 trillion next year. That's just not conservative.

House Speaker Mike Johnson said Senator Paul has missed the House's message of fiscal responsibility.

It does not mean that we're going to spend more money. We're extending the debt ceiling to show to

creditors, the bond markets, the stock market, that the Congress is serious about this.

Both were on Fox News Sunday. Any Senate changes would go back to the House for approval.

A major scare in the air for international travelers after a passenger frantically tried to open an exit door mid-flight.

Here's Fox's Christina Coleman.

A flight going to Houston from Tokyo was diverted after a passenger suffering from some sort of medical

crisis allegedly tried to open up an emergency exit door mid-flight.

But a couple of veterans jumped into action and zip-tied the man to his seat to stop him.

A passenger recorded video of the mayhem.

The guy was sitting behind me directly.

He actually thought up out of his seat and crawled

over the people that were sitting next to him. And he got up in a hurry, so I just assumed he was sick.

There was about four hours left in the flight when this occurred. The woman who recorded this

incident says the man was zip tied in a seat behind her for at least an hour. The crew diverted

the flight to Seattle due to the situation.

Port of Seattle, police determined the man was having a medical crisis

and transported him to a hospital.
