City, Trump is expected to ramp up campaign-style events as the November midterm elections draw closer.

The El Salvadorian National, whose cause became a rallying point for critics of President

Trump's immigration policies. Got a court win today in Tennessee. Charges against

Kilmar Abrago-Garcia have been tossed.

The U.S. District Judge Waverly Crenshaw granted Abrago Garcia's dismissal motion for what he and his lawyers claimed was a selective, vindictive prosecution.

The defendant was accused by the DOJ in a human smuggling case.

He was at one point deported to his native El Salvador last year, but the courts

ordered the federal government to facilitate his return. Judge Crenshaw, in his study of the

evidence, said if Abrago Garcia had not successfully challenged the deportation, the prosecution

he threw out would not have been brought. The government says it still wants to

deport him to a third-party country, such as Liberia. Grinnell Scott, Fox News. Tulsi Gabbard says

she's stepping down as Director of National Intelligence. Gabbard posted on social media.
