parts of Texas and Louisiana, the storm brought most of Houston to a standstill.

What crews are trying to do here, they're trying to board up windows as fast as they can.

These are blown out windows in downtown office buildings and hotels because we've got on and

off rain that keeps coming down on us so that cleanup effort is really

rushed to get this done to protect whatever is inside. We know four people were

killed in the storm. One of the victims was inside of a truck when a crane came crashing

down from those strong winds last night.
