a court date. The board of patrol says it's being forced to release those migrants into

the country without a court date because they're being told to do so in those migrant

detention center. Illegal border crossings have surged some more than 10,000 per day.

The White House says it will keep ordering the border patrol to release those migrants

into the US despite that Florida judges ruling. Now Texas is attorney general also getting

to the mix. He sued the Biden administration over this same issue.
