a possible active shooter situation in the Northern Dallas suburb of Allen and an outlet

mall. People were seeing being escorted out of the area by police. Dispatch told Fox

for Dallas that there are some victims, but the extent of their injuries is not known.

No details have been released by police. So the rights activists are pressing prosecutors

to convene a grand jury in the case of a homeless man, Jordan Neely, who died Monday

after a Marine veteran placed him in a chokehold on a New York City subway.

Those activists demands may be met because a source tells Fox News this case is likely

headed for a grand jury. All this comes as the attorney for the accused, Daniel Penny,

released a statement saying in part, when Mr. Neely began aggressively threatening Daniel

Penny and the other passengers, Daniel, with the help of others, acted to protect themselves

until help arrived. Fox is CB Cotton in New York, the Biden administration gloting about

the latest to jobs numbers. The president feeling very good about the strong jobs report
